Spring Meet

The meet that opens our calendar year, raced over a weekend at the end of February and promoted jointly with Orpington Ojays SC. A Level 3 club meet built around upper limit times, so swimmers get a run at the events they've yet to qualify for.

👥Who can enter

Club entries only — swimmers enter through their club, up to 9 events each.

🎯Format

Swim England Level 3 licence. Upper limit times apply — entries must be no faster than the ULT published for each event.

📍Where

Crook Log Leisure Centre, Bexleyheath — 8 lanes, 25m, electronic timing, with ample parking.

🕐Sessions

Four sessions — Saturday evening, then three on Sunday. Timings are provisional until entries close.

💷Entry fees

£6.25 per event. Coach and team manager passes are £15, covering poolside access to every session plus refreshments.

🏅Medals

To the fastest three in each stroke and distance, plus the IMs, at 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 & over.

First come, first served: entries often close before the published deadline once the meet fills, so don't leave it late. Ages are taken as at midnight on 31 December 2027, and all swimmers must be registered Club Compete with Swim England.

📦How to enter

Electronic entries only, via club entry files — Hy-Tek Team Manager, TM Lite, SwimClub Manager or TeamUnify (Sportsystems isn't accepted). One combined entry per club with a single payment; individual entries aren't accepted.
