What you pay
Two parts to membership
๐๏ธAnnual membership fee
Due when you join, then every 1 February. It covers your club membership and Swim England registration.
๐Monthly squad fee
Varies by discipline and squad โ higher squads with more pool time cost more. The current schedule for every squad is in the EDSC Swimming Fees document.

Direct Debit via GoCardless
Direct Debit through GoCardless (set up in SwimClub Manager) is the club's payment method โ it keeps costs down, processes automatically, and you're covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
21st of the month
Your invoice is issued in SwimClub Manager.
28th of the month
Invoices fall due.
~4th of next month
Payment is collected automatically from your account.
That's it
No standing orders, no chasing โ and refunds are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Moving on
Leaving the club
We'd hate to see you go โ but if you do, please:
- Give one month's notice to your coach or squad manager.
- Return any club property.
- If other family members remain enrolled, coordinate the change carefully so their membership isn't affected.
